This is an remarkable little document, and it's something that could not, or at least would not, have been created even five years ago. If there is a case to be made that new kinds of literacy are emerging (even as other, more traditional forms of literacy suffer), it starts with completely new, amateur-created cultural productions like this little unit of internet-distributed satire.
